INSPIRE YOU CREATES MUSIC LAB AT INSPIRE YOU CENTRE
Mas Lab Kidderminster College support Inspire You.
Mas Lab at Kidderminster College is donating equipment and know-how. Talented young people at Inspire You Centre in Tettenhall will get valuable hands-on experience for the music industry.
“We hear and see how powerful music is in breaking down barriers and engaging our student’s attention in the college Music Labs; so, it’s no surprise to us why Inspire You are building a music studio; we are sure it will be equally as effective at providing access to opportunities especially to those who often fall below the radar of inclusion”. Kevyn Gammond, Mas Lab Founder
Dave Shuck from the Mas Lab’s partnership team says: “When the Inspire You founder Leslie Fairclough passionately spoke at our Migrant X event at the College in February 2019 the audience responded with rapturous applause when he thanked them sincerely for coming out and caring. In closing Leslie said: “If we all work together joining up the dots between us, we will make a real difference”.Since then our teams have been supporting each other; the team at the Mas Lab are happy to have the opportunity to provide studio equipment for the Music Lab that’s being built at the Inspire You Centre. We are also looking forward to contributing to developing educational programmes and work-shops to those already in play”.
“Contributing to the set-up of Inspire You’s Music Studio in Wolverhampton through the donation of equipment and ongoing technical support when needed is a privilege”; said Mas Labs founder Kevyn Gammond after visiting the Inspire You centre to see their innovative and highly effective workshops in progress.
