Jane's forty-year career encompasses social work, sales, teaching, training, coaching and mentoring, with specific focus on people development with roles at Barclays, The Law Society and Newton Investment Management/ Mellon Global Investments.
Also experienced in facilitating culture change, the initiative she led for LV=Liverpool Victoria, made the company runner up for a Financial Times Arts and Business Award.
Author of two Amazon best-selling books: The Inspiring Journeys of Pilgrim Mothers and The Inspiring Journeys of Women Entrepreneurs, Jane is a very experienced
speaker, coach, mentor and workshop leader, helping groups and individuals fulfil their greatest potential.
A lifelong learner, Jane credits her father for her quest to discover more. Even though he failed his 11+ exam, he was determined to achieve his aims. Through dedicated study at night school, her father qualified as a chartered surveyor, ending his long career as Lancashire County Land Agent. He instilled a belief in Jane that education, in its broadest sense, is one of the greatest gifts possible. And this is a major factor in the work that Jane does to inspire young people to reach their potential.
Jane studied Sociology and Psychology at Liverpool University. Alongside her corporate work Jane studied holistic health. She is a qualified Hypnotherapist and Regression Therapist.
Now a mother of two daughters and grandmother of two, Jane’s passion is to share all she knows with a sense of fun and curiosity.
